This was our fourth stay with Iberostar. It never disappoints us. From the minute we arrive till we leave the service and atmosphere is fantastic. This year we wet upgraded to beachfront without even asking. Thank you, Marcial and Adrianna, for going above and beyond.
My husband and I just returned from a fantastic vacation. This was my 4X visiting Paraiso Del Mar. Once again, it never disappoints. A beautiful, clean well kept resort. Food is great. The staff is fantastic, especially the concierge’s Michael and Anderson. We can’t say enough about these two guys who also told us the sea trek cozumel cost for our family.
They took care of us from the time we arrived until the day we left. Also, the lobby bartender is fantastic. Relaxing massages on the beach completed our trip. With that said, this is why people return again and again. Continue this great service.
Fantastic place and a great holiday. The staff was great. Entertainment was always good. Manolo was fun every time he came round especially. The food was still pleasant and especially the ones you book beforehand.
We have stayed there for 16 days. The pool is gigantic. The hotel is one of 5 others in the Paraiso resort. Hotel Paraiso del Mar and Paraiso beach share the pool area, and with all-inclusive, you can use all of the restaurants in del Mar and beach.
There are two main buffet restaurants and several different unique restaurants. The Garden (between pool and lobby) in del Mar is a wild rain Forrest with many animals living in it. But the best is not the hotel itself; it’s the team. They do all a great job and are just fun and kind people. Special greetings to the entertainment team.
Great place to stay. They are just as funny as hell. There is an “activity area” and a “quiet zone” at the pool and beach, so there is enough room for action and relaxation. The only bummer is the rooms.
