As in years past the place on the shore was excellent. I really like to walk the beach and regularly walked sometimes to Playa del Carmen (approximately 6 KM”s every way).
The ceremony was terrific! They can’t ask for much better, more attentive staff. The grounds are amazing. The swimming pool is perfect!
The one issue this time is that the food isn’t excellent. The menu is too restricted and doesn’t change. I had been there for three months and was frustrated with the fluctuations in this section. One reason I purchased there was since the food was fantastic! NOT NOW! The insufficient variety and a massive decline in quality. Better cuts of beef were additional at the top of an already considerable price.
These were part of the menu. Shrimp to a pasta dish was additionally added but given to me personally after complaints. Just one red wine rather than a perfect one. They are used to get three options. Desserts restricted rather than superior bread. Very unsatisfactory.
Had a few problems for which the resort can not be blamed, the area was flooded through a colossal storm. The team is exceptional, do as far as possible to create your stay unforgettably and need for nothing.
Our favorite waiter at the daytime was Marco, who made you feel like a friend more than just another client – he recommended me activities like the cozumel best shore snorkeling near the hotel. His group as were the other team outstanding, friendly, accommodating. Cannot fault the superb food.
Glad we moved ultimately where all champagne and pricey was comprised, will be sad to go home from this very scenic paradise. The resort is small, with just 20+ rooms, making it even more private. The images are at the bottom of our mattress.
