This is our third trip and undoubtedly the very best, we had a fantastic night of entertainment. I’d love to say a big thank you for Alvaro who we reserved through in the Riu Playacar, he had been lovely to manage, we were a party of six and he got all of the chairs we wanted, would also like to thank our host Eduardo Mesero who looked after us exceptionally well, keeping us awakened assuring we had a fantastic night.
This resort was incredible. It is a little bit quirky! The team is incredible with their cozumel reef restoration project suggestions so useful it is in a fantastic place for your strip. It was kept continuously so clean, can not fault it! Was the very best holiday I have ever had!
Nice and tidy rooms combined with a friendly and service-minded team produced a fantastic experience. The Italian restaurant throughout the road had excellent food, be sure that you reserve a table because it becomes full every evening.
The staff was quite friendly and helpful and the rooms recently decorated and comfy beds. We chose one of those afternoon trips the resort advocated, and it was more economical through the resort then elsewhere and well arranged.
The only disadvantage is that the resort can be somewhat loud. Next-door plays live music each evening, but they cease at 11 pm, but we knew beforehand through different reviews, so we did not head and came prepared with earplugs. Regardless of that, we’d surely stay again.
This resort is magnificent!! They organized our trip (better cost than online/street) and gave us much info regarding whatever we asked for.
A wonderful night out. Worth every penny to get the golden package. No queue high chairs beside the point and beverages flowing throughout the night. I loved every second of it. Halloween is unique if we were there that was an extra pleasure.
